Rubina is by far the most professional and trustworthy agent I've ever met! I had a nightmare experience with my agent before which resulted in her being sanctioned by the Chicago Association of Realtors so to say I had trust issues would be an understatement. My penthouse condo was on the market for 10 months before I fired the other agents and I hired Rubina after interviewing 15 agents. We, a family of 3 with a young child, needed to sell our place in order to close the new place we were going to. As with most we had a lot of anxieties going into the process; market inflation, interest rates generated slow down, and being able to sell in time without compromising on price. Anxiety led way to chaos and more questions than we had answers to; timing, right pricing, staging, showing while living our life etc. Rubina, was able to replace this anxiety and chaos with clarity, calmness, and conviction. She advised us on the right strategies driven by data and analytics vs hunch, and took over all operational pain of, staging, coordinating showings, extreme responsiveness (typically within minutes), hand holding through the close process etc. End result, we were able to sell our place at a price higher than we expected in this market, with minimal stress. All in all a great experience. If others are in similar situation as us, with all the headwinds, you can’t afford to not have this edge to drive a successful outcome. Cannot recommend enough!

Rubina is a truly a gem! Rubina helped sell my father's house even though it was definitely a fixer-upper. She helped guide me through the process to get the best price for the property and even though I live in another state, Rubina made the process as less onerous as possible.
