Formerly a bustling industrial district, West Loop has transformed into a vibrant, popular neighborhood located on the west side of downtown Chicago. They say “West Loop is the best loop.” It’s known for its creative, off-the-beaten-path vibe, and endless dining and bar options at the famous Restaurant Row. In recent years, a Soho House has established their Chicago location in the West Loop. About 27,700 people live in the area, which attracts families, restaurateurs, and tech entrepreneurs alike. Residents with children also benefit from being in the nationally renowned Skinner School District.

West Loop’s downtown location makes commuting in and around the city a breeze. The CTA Green and Pink Lines pass through the area along with nine buses. It’s also home to the Chicago Union Station.
